Madam Nselaa Ward

Madam Nselaa Ward, Juris Doctor, is a powerhouse activist, TEDx speaker, attorney, and business architect whose journey from “bars to barred” embodies extraordinary resilience. For over 20 years, she has championed civil rights, racial and economic justice, and women’s rights. As National Field Director for the National Organization for Women, she helped organize the historic 2004 March for Women’s Lives, mobilizing 1.2 million people. Her fearless legal advocacy helped free over 300 years of Black lives from the criminal justice system. Today, through Ni’ Nava & Associates and the International Black Business Agenda, she challenges systems, transforms leaders, and ignites change worldwide.
