2021 Fall Conference Delegate and Showcase Fees

All prices listed below reflect a 25% discount from 2019 Fall Conference Pricing in order to assist our Artists and Agents recovering from the Covid-19 Pandemic.

  • A minimum of ONE Exhibiting Associate (one Delegate Pass and one Booth) is required to attend the conference.
  • Associates must register for conference(s) prior to submitting showcases applications.
  • Your showcase application link will be emailed to you upon successful submission of conference registration (minimum payment of one delegate fee required).
  • Payment for booths and showcases is only required after showcase approval.
Delegate Fees:
  • $249: Early Bird Registration
  • $299: Regular Registration *After Sept 24 (Houston), Oct 8 (Chicago), Oct 29 (Orlando)
  • Please note: Conference Meals are included for paid Delegates only.
Booth Fees:
  • $489 (One booth is required for each showcasing artist)
Showcase Options:
  • Meal Showcase $699
  • Non-Meal Showcase $499
  • 2-Minute Pre-Recorded Showcase $499: One act per showcase only. Video will be played during a Live Showcase.
  • Bundle Discount $1250 for all 3 Fall Conferences: Must be represented by an Exhibiting Associate.
  • Booth Demo $299: Non-musical artists who wish to do demos during Exhibit Halls at their booths. Magicians, painters, jugglers, etc.
  • Roving Novelty Package $699: Includes booth and Roving Fees
  • Novelty Assistant Operator Pass $40: May not be an agent, artist, or talent representative. Only permitted to assist during scheduled novelty times
Booth Electricity (Electricity pricing covers ALL Exhibit Halls at the Conference):
  • Booth Electricity can be purchased for $75.00 per drop (120v, 20 amp) via APCA for the Houston and Chicago Conferences.
  • Booth Electricity for the Orlando Conference must be purchased directly from Encore Productions at the Florida Hotel and Conference Center:
  • 120 volts, 5 amps: $75.00 plus tax
  • 120 volts, 10 amps: $85 plus tax
  • 120 volts, 20 amps: $140 plus tax
