Vendor Table-Top Package

For vendors who wish to display imprint items, represent their artist roster, etc. 

Each Vendor Table-Top Package Includes:

  • All Conference Materials
  • One (1) six-foot skirted table for Exhibit Halls (1 hour per day of conference)
  • One (1) Vendor Pass for the conference 
  • One (1) ticket to Lion King 

Early Vendor Table-Top Package: $800 

Late Vendor Table-Top Package: $1100

Speaker Table-Top Package

Speaker Table-Top Package: 

(This is recommended for speakers who would like to present educational sessions. A minimum of ONE 50-minute ed session per package is guaranteed. Session must be pre-approved by APCA)

Each Speaker Table-Top Package Includes:

  • All Conference Materials
  • One (1) guaranteed 50-minute educational session
  • One (1) six-foot skirted table for Exhibit Halls (1 hour per day of conference)
  • One (1) Vendor Pass for the conference 
  • One (1) ticket to Lion King

Early Speaker Table Top Package: $900

Regular Speaker Table Top Package: $1200

Novelty Table-Top Package

For novelty vendors who wish to set up novelties during Registration, Exhibit Halls, and the Student Welcome party. One table is required per novelty.

Each Novelty Table-Top Package Includes:

  • All Conference Materials
  • Roving – Exhibit Halls & Registration
  • Participation in the Student Welcome Party
  • One (1) Vendor Pass for the conference 
  • One (1) ticket to Lion King

Early Novelty Table-Top Package: $1000

Late Novelty Table-Top Package: $1300

Student Track Facilitator Package

(All student delegates will be in 3 groups. Each group will rotate through the 3 leadership tracks)

Each Student Track Facilitator Package Includes:

  • All Conference Materials
  • Three identical 50-minute sessions (One for each student group)
  • One (1) six-foot skirted table for Exhibit Halls (1 hour per day of conference)
  • One (1) Vendor Pass for the conference 
  • One (1) ticket to Lion King
  • One (1) half-page ad for the conference program
  • One Social Media Spotlight prior to the conference

Early Student Track Facilitator Package: $1900

Regular Student Track Facilitator Package: $2200

Conference Keynote Package (20-Minute)

A keynote to be delivered to the entire conference delegation (both Advisors and Students) for speakers with relevant messages regarding the Leadership on Broadway teaching curriculum. Limited number available, must be approved by APCA for acceptance. Keynote placement preferences are assigned in order of submission.

Each Conference Keynote Package Includes:

  • All Conference Materials
  • Guaranteed 20-minute Keynote Placement
  • One (1) six-foot skirted table for Exhibit Halls (1 hour per day of conference)
  • One (1) Vendor Pass for the conference 
  • One (1) ticket to Lion King
  • One (1) half-page ad in the conference program
  • One Social Media Spotlight prior to the conference

Early Conference Keynote Package: $1700

Regular Conference Keynote Package: $2000

 

Optional ADD-ON: Additional Vendor Passes

ONE Vendor Pass is included per Associate Package. Additional Vendor Passes must be purchased by Agents and/or Additional Representatives, Assistants, etc. of those package vendors. You must have a vendor pass to attend any portion of the conference.

**Please note: Vendor Passes cannot be transferred or shared.

Early Vendor Pass Fee: $99 

Regular Vendor Pass Fee: $199

Optional ADD-ON: Sardi's Luncheon & Keynote (July 23, limited availability)

Includes:

  • Lunch at the famous Times Square iconic restaurant, Sardi’s.

Optional ADD-ON: Advertising Package

Each Advertising Package Includes:

APCA Block Deadline June 21, 2024

All Associates MUST HAVE RESERVATIONS AT THE HOST HOTEL UNDER THE APCA BLOCK (ASSOCIATION FOR THE PROMOTION OF CAMPUS ACTIVITIES) TO ATTEND THIS EVENT.

(Recommended arrival date Monday, July 22 – departure date Thursday, July 25)

Also note, any reservations made outside the block will be subject to higher rates and $30 per day destination fees.
