NOTE: The 2027 conference will be held on Saturday, Feb 27 through Tuesday, March 2 (three full days plus a wrap-up Tuesday morning). Plan to arrive on the afternoon/evening of Friday, Feb 26 and depart on Tuesday, March 2.

APCA Block Deadline

**It is important that all attendees make their reservations at the Hershey Lodge UNDER THE APCA (Association for the Promotion of Campus Activities) BLOCK. Please do NOT make reservations via travel booking sites such as Expedia or Priceline, etc. Make reservations as indicated below, and if you have any problems, contact elambert@apca.com or call APCA at (865) 429-9123 and we will be happy to assist you. We appreciate your cooperation!

RESERVATION METHOD:

*Colleges/Universities: Please complete the attached Housing Form provided by the Hershey Lodge to make your room reservations.

Attendees will identify themselves as part of the ASSOCIATION FOR THE PROMOTION OF CAMPUS ACTIVITIES group and must provide their name, type of room, check-in and check-out dates, and special accommodation requests.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

APCA Block room rate is $244 + 11% tax per night.

RECOMMENDED CHECK-IN: FRIDAY, MARCH 26, 2027

RECOMMENDED CHECK-OUT: TUESDAY, MARCH 2, 2027

Reservations are required for all Attendees. Guest rooms will be available after 4:00 PM on the date of each attendee’s arrival and reserved until 11:00 AM on the date of each attendee’s departure.

Late Departures: Departures after 11:00 AM will be charged half the then-current room rate until 4:00 PM. After 4:00 PM, the full then-current room rate applies.  Attendees may store their luggage at the LODGE’s front desk after checkout, if necessary. LODGE reserves the right to charge a $50.00 fee for all early departures 

No Shows: LODGE will charge for one (1) night at the Group Rate, plus applicable taxes, for any no-shows (“No-Show Fee”). The No-Show Fee will be included when calculating Guest Room Attrition Fees.

Cancellations:  Any cancellation occurring less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged one night’s room and tax.

The Hershey Lodge Reservation Office is open Daily, Monday – Sunday, 8:00am – 8:30pm
