Turn Student Apathy into Action with Dance Floor Theory
Everything you need to know about leadership can be learned from Dance Floors. Just like dancers on a dance floor, colleges experience different levels of student engagement, from the fully involved student leader to those on the edge (disengaged students). The same tactics to make an energetic dance floor also increase student engagement and retention within any student group. Dance Floor Theory™ provides student leaders and advisors with a new model for creating community, increasing student engagement, and fostering a Culture of Connection™ on campus.
