Out of the Quicksand
Orsika Julia is the founder of Out of the Quicksand and the author of The SAAFE Journey series. As a survivor of domestic violence and breast cancer, Orsika is passionate about inspiring audiences to live a life filled with peace, empowerment and healthy relationships through her speaking, writing, and listening.
Orsika began speaking about healing from trauma after surviving domestic violence with her children. She created The SAAFE (Sexual Assault Awareness For Everyone) Journey to inspire others on how to recognize and keep healthy relationships, release toxic people from their lives, and how to successfully create boundaries.
Not only did Orsika survive domestic violence over a decade ago, she is also a recent breast cancer warrior.
Orsika speaks from a place vulnerability, understanding, and deep insight.
