In the classroom it's Mr.E. To those who don't him, he's a mystery. Eric Shandroff aka Myster-E is a creative, charismatic, and captivating spoken word poet, Hip Hop MC, event curator, teaching artist, and edutainer. He has made a name for himself locally and globally for his powerful poetic rapping style which weaves together wisdom & wordplay. Myster-E has gone on to educate, entertain & inspire a variety of audiences. E's career formatively birthed when he incorporated his skills in rapping into his profession as a substitute teacher. He would tell students, "If you get work done, and there is time at the end of class, I'll drop some bars for you". Since that class dismissed, Myster-E has spoken at schools, churches, synagogues, libraries, youth centers, juvenile detention centers, colleges, conferences, music festivals & international tours, etc.
