This interactive resilience workshop helps student life professionals reflect on the leadership wisdom they have developed, release an outdated expectation or habit, and create a practical 30-day commitment for more sustainable leadership.
The session includes guided reflection, a leadership wisdom inventory, an individual reframing exercise, optional paired discussion, restorative humor, and a written action plan. Learning outcomes are measurable, and the exercises can also be adapted by advisors for student-board transitions, retreats, and leadership development.
