This dynamic duo has utilized FUN as a mechanism to drive favorable behavior and outcomes for 20 years. The fun dept. received the HR TECH 2023 award for top 10 engagement companies in the country based on their proven methodology and creative solutions.
Their signature workshop, FUN ON PURPOSE, and keynotes are highly engaging and offer collaboration amongst all participants. The program offers an opportunity for creative thinking and team building. Interactive exercises include learning your individual Play Personality and group Shared Experience. Each participant will leave with their very own “Creative Inventory” of ideas, activities, and a strategic action-plan to increase engagement, retention, and connection in their community/organization(s) — both professionally and personally.
