Bernice Ye

Bernice Ye, dubbed “The Jackie Chan of Comedy” by Seattle publication The Stranger, is a multidisciplinary comedian, rapper, actor, and tae kwon do black belt. Born and raised in China, she moved to the United States in 2004 with $1,000 and later built a successful technology career at Microsoft and Hulu before pursuing comedy full-time in 2021.

With more than 100 million social-media views, 400,000+ followers, and a growing global fanbase, Bernice has performed at the New York Comedy Festival, Bergamot Comedy Festival, and other major showcases. Her original comedy raps have been streamed in more than 68 countries, and her work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal and Los Angeles Times.
