An award-winning actor and writer, Ayindé Howell is always in pursuit of truth. He trained widely, most notably under Bill Esper in New York, and is an alum of the Upright Citizens Brigade. Currently an associate gang member at The Actors’ Gang, he is best known for his internationally acclaimed one-man show 16 Summers. A multidisciplinary artist, Ayindé believes true art reflects the viewer rather than points a finger. He also makes appearances on screens.
16 Summers is funny, raw, and unflinchingly honest, allowing the audience to open up as Ayindé crafts a theatrical journey rooted in memory and musicality.-Lamesha Ruddock
