Associate Registration:

Associate Packages:

Please note: Table Tops cannot be transferred or shared.

 

  • Speaker Table Top Package

This is recommended for speakers who would like to present ed sessions. One 45-minute ed session per package is guaranteed. Session must be pre-approved by APCA.

Each Speaker Table Top Package Includes:

  •       All Conference Materials
  •       One (1) six-foot skirted table
  •       One (1) Delegate Pass for the conference 
  •       One (1) ticket to Wicked

 Early Speaker Table Top Package: $1200 ….. Regular Speaker Table Top Package: $1500

  

  • Roving Vendor Table Top Package

For vendors who wish to display imprint items, represent speakers or artists, and set up novelties at the Exhibit Halls, during Registration hours, etc. Only one attraction is allowed per table.

Each Roving Vendor Table Top Package Includes:

  •       All Conference Materials
  •       One (1) six-foot skirted table
  •       One (1) Delegate Pass for the conference 
  •       One (1) ticket to Wicked.

 Early Vendor Table Top Package: $1200 ….. Regular Vendor Table Top Package: $1500

 

  • Student Track Facilitator Package

All student delegates will be in 3 groups. Each group will rotate through the 3 leadership tracks.

Each Package Includes:

  •       All Conference Materials
  •       Three identical 45-minute sessions (One for each student group)
  •       One (1) six-foot skirted table
  •       One (1) Delegate Pass for the conference 
  •       One (1) ticket to Wicked
  •       One (1) bag drop
  •       One (1) half-page ad for the conference program

Early Student Track Facilitator Package: $3000 ….. Regular Student Track Facilitator Package: $3500

 

  • Advisor or Student Keynote Package (20 Minute)

A keynote to be delivered to either attending students or attending advisors for speakers with relevant messages regarding the Leadership on Broadway teaching curriculum. Limited number available, must be approved by APCA for acceptance. Keynote placement preferences are assigned in order of submission.

Each Advisor or Student Keynote Package Includes:

  •       All Conference Materials
  •       Guaranteed 20-minute Keynote Placement
  •       One (1) six-foot skirted table
  •       One (1) Delegate Pass for the conference 
  •       One (1) ticket to Wicked

Early Keynote Package: $1700 ….. Regular Keynote Package: $2200

 

  • Conference Keynote Package (20 Minute)

A keynote to be delivered to the entire conference delegation (both Advisor and Student) for speakers with relevant messages regarding the Leadership on Broadway teaching curriculum. Limited number available, must be approved by APCA for acceptance. Keynote placement preferences are assigned in order of submission.

Each Conference Keynote Package Includes:

  •       All Conference Materials
  •       Guaranteed 20-minute Keynote Placement
  •       One (1) six-foot skirted table
  •       One (1) Delegate Pass for the conference 
  •       One (1) ticket to Wicked
  •       One (1) bag drop
  •       One (1) half-page ad in the conference program

 Early Conference Keynote Package: $2500 ….. Regular Conference Keynote Package: $3000

 

  • Entertainment Showcase Package (invitation only)

This is recommended for performers who wish to provide an educational entertainment showcase for the campus talent buyers in attendance. Performing arts, solo artists, comics, poets, game shows, etc.

Each Entertainment Showcase Package Includes:

  •       All Conference Materials
  •       One 20-minute showcase
  •       One (1) six-foot skirted table
  •       One (1) Delegate Pass for the conference 
  •       One (1) ticket to Wicked
  •       One (1) bag drop
  •       One (1) half-page ad in the conference program

 Early Entertainment Showcase Package: $2500 ….. Regular Entertainment Showcase Package: $3000

 

 

Associate Add-ons:

  • Delegate Passes: Early Delegate Pass Fee: $499 ….. Regular Delegate Pass Fee: $599

ONE Delegate Pass is included per Associate Package. Additional Delegate Passes may ONLY be purchased by Agents and/or Additional Representatives as approved by APCA.

Each Delegate Fee Includes: 

  • One (1) Delegate Pass for the conference 
  • One (1) ticket to Wicked

 

  • Sardi’s Luncheon & Keynote (July 25, limited availability): $129

Includes:

  •       Lunch at the famous Times Square iconic restaurant, Sardi’s.
  •       Keynote and special surprise guests!
  •       Broadway Cares / Equity Fights AIDS Auction

 

  • Advertising Package: $500

Each Advertising Package Includes:

  •       One (1) bag drop
  •       One (1) half-page ad in the conference program
  •       One Social Media Spotlight prior to the conference

CUT-OFF DATE 
Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Thursday, June 15th, 2023, (the “Cut-Off Date”). At the Cut-Off Date, Hotel will release the unreserved rooms for general sale, and determine whether or not it can accept reservations based on a space- and rate-available basis at the Association for the Promotion of Campus Activities group rate after this date.
GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS 
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card or by Association for the Promotion of Campus Activities. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.
