2023 Fall Conference Schedule – HOUSTON

 

APCA MEMBER AGENCIES AND SELF-REPRESENTED ARTISTS ARE ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND.

1) A minimum of ONE EXHIBITING ASSOCIATE (one Delegate Pass and one Booth) is required for an Agency or Self-repped Artist to attend the conference.
2) Additional Delegate Passes may also be purchased for additional Showcasing Artists, Speakers, Assistants, etc. Delegate Passes include all conference meals, and are required for entrance into all Showcases and  Conference Events.
**Conference Meals are included for Delegates ONLY!
3) Showcase Applications may be submitted for: Meal and Non-meal Showcases, Keynotes, & Novelty/Roving. One Booth is Required for EACH of these Showcasing Acts.
4) Educational Session Proposals can be submitted by any speaker attending the conference at no additional charge.

SUBMIT YOUR SHOWCASE APPLICATION

After you review the options and details below, complete the Showcase Application. NO APPLICATION FEES! You won't be charged until after Showcase Approval!

STEP 4

BOOK HOTEL

You must make reservations at the host hotel under the APCA (Association for the Promotion of Campus Activities) block to attend this event.

Agents and Artists who are current APCA Members may submit the following application for inclusion in the Fall 23 Regional Conferences. You will be notified of your acceptance and placement status soon!

CONFERENCE DETAILS AND SHOWCASE OPTIONS

DELEGATE PASS FEES

$299: Early Bird Registration

Early Bird Deadlines: Sept 15  (Houston), Sept 29 (Springfield), Oct 6  (Lincolnshire)

$399: Regular Registration

BOOTH FEES

A Booth is required for each Showcasing Act. Booths will be set up in Exhibit Halls that have dedicated attendance times for all College and Talent Buyer delegates!

South (Houston) and Midwest (Lincolnshire) – 6’x8′

(Recommended for novelties that can be set up in Exhibit Halls, in the lobby during Registration, free time, Novelty Fairs, etc.)

-Booth Electricity:

Booth Electricity can be purchased from APCA for $75.00 per drop (120v, 20 amp) for each conference.

** Electricity pricing covers ALL Exhibit Halls at the Conference

-Booth Demo:

$399

(Non-musical artists who wish to do demos during Exhibit Halls at their booths. Magicians, painters, jugglers, etc.)

-Novelty Assistant Operator Pass: 

$50

(May not be an agent, artist, or talent representative. Only permitted to assist during scheduled novelty times)

Premium Packages are limited! They include:

**Artist provides all Ads and Bag Drops, with APCA approval required. Items not received on time and in the proper format will be forfeited.
