The Association for the Promotion of Campus Activities invites all speakers, leadership facilitators, novelty vendors, and showcasing artists to apply to present a showcase, keynote, or workshop/educational session at the annual summer leadership event for College and University Student Activities Boards and their Advisors. Relevant topics include leadership skills, student engagement and student success, event promotion and marketing, diversity and inclusion, and any other topics that are relevant and educational for the Student Activities and Event Planning population. Each delegate receives a ticket to the Broadway Musical, Hamilton!

We invite Agents, Speakers, Vendors, Novelty Acts, and Showcasing Artists to join us in Times Square. Associate packages are listed below. Please read carefully to determine which package fits your needs. 

NO PAYMENT IS DUE UNTIL AFTER CONFERENCE ACCEPTANCE! Space is limited at this event, so we encourage you to apply early.

You must be a member to register. Complete Your 2022/2023 Membership Now!

Upon approval notification, you will receive an invoice for your conference package. Remit payment within 10 days or forfeit your placement and attendance at the conference.

AGENT AND ARTIST PARTICIPATION PACKAGES

Speaker / Vendor Table Top Package:
This is recommended for speakers who would like to present ed sessions, vendors who wish to display imprint items, represent speakers or artists, etc.  No roving or booth demos are allowed at these tables.

Each Speaker / Vendor Table Top Package Includes:

  •       All Conference Materials and Merch
  •       One (1) six-foot skirted table
  •       One (1) Delegate pass for the conference
  •       One (1) ticket to Hamilton on Broadway

Early Speaker / Vendor Table Top Package Registration: $798
*Early Registration dates: 4/19/22 – 5/10/22

Regular Speaker / Vendor Table Top Package Registration: $1098
*Regular Registration dates: 5/11/22 until sold out

 

Showcase Package:
This is recommended for performers who wish to showcase for the campus talent buyers in attendance. Performing arts, solo artists, comics, poets, and speakers are encouraged to apply.

Each Showcase Package Includes:

  •       All Conference Materials and Merch
  •       One 10 minute showcase in our artist showcase on July 22nd
  •       One (1) six-foot skirted table
  •       One (1) Delegate pass for the conference
  •       One (1) ticket to Hamilton

Early Showcase Package Registration: $998
*Early Registration dates: 4/19/22 – 5/10/22

Regular Showcase Package Registration: $1298
*Regular Registration dates: 5/11/22 until sold out

 

Roving Novelty Package:
This is recommended for novelties that can be set up at the Exhibit Halls, during Registration hours, etc. Painters, magicians, etc. can demo their act at their booth.

Each Roving Novelty Package Includes:

  •       All Conference Materials and Merch
  •       One (1) six-foot skirted table
  •       One (1) Delegate pass for the conference
  •       One (1) ticket to Hamilton

Early Roving/Novelty Package Registration: $998

Advisor or Student Keynote Package (20 Minute):
A keynote spot to be delivered to either attending students or attending advisors for speakers with relevant messages regarding the Leadership on Broadway teaching curriculum tracks. Limited number available, must be approved by APCA for acceptance. Keynote placement preferences assigned in order of submission.

Each Advisor or Student  Keynote Package Includes:

  •       Guaranteed 20-minute Keynote Placement
  •       One (1) six-foot skirted table
  •       Half-Page Ad in Conference Program
  •       Promotional item distribution (must be approved by APCA)
  •       One (1) Ticket to Hamilton
  •       One (1) Delegate pass for the conference

Early Advisor or Student Package Registration: $1500
*Early Registration dates: 4/19/22 – 5/10/22

 Regular Advisor or Student Package Registration: $1800
*Regular Registration dates: 5/11/22 until sold out

 

Conference Keynote Package (20 Minute):
*A keynote spot to be delivered to the entire conference delegation for speakers with relevant messages regarding the Leadership on Broadway teaching curriculum tracks. Limited number available, must be approved by APCA for acceptance. Keynote placement preferences assigned in order of submission.

Each Conference Keynote Package Includes:

  •       Guaranteed 20-minute Keynote Placement
  •       One (1) six-foot skirted table
  •       Full-Page Ad in Conference Program
  •       Promotional item distribution (must be approved by APCA)
  •       One (1) Ticket to Hamilton
  •       One (1) Delegate pass for the conference
  •       One (1) ticket to Sardi’s Keynote Event

 Early Conference Keynote Package Registration: $2500

ADD-ONs:

Additional Delegate
This is required for Agents joining their artists who purchase packages to attend, or anyone planning to attend the conference in any capacity who is not purchasing an above conference package.

Each Additional Delegate Fee Includes:

  • One (1) Delegate pass for the conference
  • One (1) ticket to Hamilton

APCA ROOM RATES
$289.00 (Single or Double Rooms)

Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 14.75% plus $3.50) in effect at the time of check-out.

CUTOFF DATE
Reservations by attendees must be received on or before June 29th, 2022. At the Cutoff Date, Hotel will determine whether it can accept reservations based on a space- and rate-available basis at the Association for the Promotion of Campus Activities group rate after this date.

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS
All reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. The hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.
