Live Conferences

At APCA live conferences, you can showcase in front of hundreds of college representatives! You'll have the opportunity to network with buyers at Exhibit Halls and book blocks of shows with these campuses during the APCA Cooperative Buying Sessions. Live conference options include:
 
  • Live Showcase (MainStage or Purposeful Programming)
  • Exhibit Hall (a booth must be purchased with each showcase)

  • Roving Showcases (great for novelty acts and street performers!)

Virtual & Hybrid Conferences

In the past year, APCA hosted two very successful Virtual Conferences in our Virtual Community Workplace - a virtual platform where college advisors and students network all year long. APCA is excited to return to on-site conferences, but we plan to remain connected to schools virtually as well. Join us during the 21-22 year and showcase on stage for a live audience while also being live streamed out to our virtual delegates!

Cooperative Buying Sessions

APCA Cooperative Buying is a program that gives the schools attending APCA conferences the ability to merge their buying power, offering performers/speakers a block of dates in a specified time period (for live events) in exchange for a lower price and sharing of travel costs (when applicable) with other schools. Cooperative Buying blocks are set up as follows:

In-Person Events on Campus - Sample pricing is as follows:
APCA Isolated Booking (a single date): $2500
2 events in 3 days: $2200
3 events in 5 days: $1900
5 events in 7 days: $1600
The more schools that book you in a block, the more money they save, and the more money you make!

Virtual Events - Sample pricing is as follows:
APCA Isolated Booking (a single date): $1200
2 schools booking an event within the same month: $1000
3 or more schools booking an event within the same month: $900
5 or more schools booking an event within the same month: $800
Virtual bookings obviously don't have the same travel constraints as in-person events, so you can form Virtual Blocks with schools all across the country!

By booking together with other schools (within a certain number of days and miles for live events), you not only get discounted show prices, but travel and lodging are often shared evenly by the schools booking the attraction.

Exhibit Halls & Virtual Engagement with Schools

Associates are APCA member agencies, artists, performers, speakers, etc. representing the showcasing attractions. All exhibiting associates are APCA members, and bound by APCA ethics and sensitivity guidelines.

Conference exhibitors can be found in their booths during designated Exhibit Hall hours. They can answer questions, explain rider and contract terms, and generally give member schools all the information they need to bring an artist or vendor to their campus event. Typical booths will have bios, pictures, sample contracts and cooperative buying forms available.

Associates featured in the virtual conference can be viewed online for the duration of the conference in the  APCA workplace, not just during specific exhibit times! Associates can answer questions, explain rider and contract terms, and generally give schools all the information they need to bring an artist or vendor to their live or virtual event.

Submit Artist/Attraction Profile(s)

Artist and attraction profiles help you get noticed year round! Your profile appears in our Artist Gallery by genre(s) and this is open to all visitors. Schools can view your profile and submit an Attraction Interest (AI) form at any time during your membership year. 

  • You must be an active member.
  • Agencies can only submit the number of artist indicated by their membership level (Basic 3 artists, Gold 7 artist, Platinum unlimited artist)
  • Artist must be approved by APCA

Every showcasing artist has their bio, pricing, headshot, and perfomance times published in the conference planning guides given out to all advisors and schools. Exhibiting artists will have a listing in the Exhibiting Artist Listing with contact information and booth number. At live conferences, the artists and attractions will also be listed on the moblie app.
 

Get booked at mutliple schools at once by participating in our Cooperative Buying Program.

Agencies can submit unlimited showcasing artist applications with no showcase submission fees. (Artist must be approved by APCA to showcase)
