Sharon Nyree Williams is a passionate storyteller, a solo performer, spoken word artist and Arts leader. She is also a facilitator, mentor and speaker in encouraging people to be the best versions of themselves as they pursue their passion and careers.
A resident of Washington State, Sharon has been writing and developing stories that spark conversations on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), in hopes of evoking a sense of allyship and bridging the gap between communities. She has shared her stories at schools and colleges, for special events (King County MLK JR. Day), Womxn’s March Seattle, Los Angeles Women’s Theater Festival, Wilmington Fringe Festival, throughout the United States and Rwanda.
Sharon is a former high school and college multi-sport athlete and played for the women’s football team the Seattle Warbirds.
