Lori Rose is an award-winning movement leader who believes in the power of authentic connection and anti-oppression to repair and sustain the world. As a neurodivergent survivor of sexual, intimate partner, and workplace violence, her mission became breaking cycles of harm and embodying a new paradigm of healthy connection.
Over the last decade, Lori has spoken throughout the U.S. at campuses, companies, and TEDx, infusing vulnerable truth-telling with neurobiology and fun, easy dance and movement practices to lighten complex topics and build new templates for healthy selves, sexuality, and relationships.
With most common feedback of “This was Real,” students and staff walk away motivated with deep self-reflection and practical, sex-positive tools to embody their authentic selves, build healthy connections as leaders in life and work, and share their unique brilliance with the world.
