As one of a handful of female Black Belt Krav Maga Instructors in the country, Shannon Marshall Hughes is no stranger to combat. In addition to owning one of the largest Krav Maga Studios in North Carolina, she is passionate about teaching women self-defense, as well as how to overcome adversity, quiet self-doubt, and find their inner “Lioness”. The world needs strong women.
