Michael Beard is the President and CEO of Elevated Leadership. With over 20 years of leadership experience, he is currently focused on developing new ways to exceed the team productivity and efficiency limits of corporations, higher education institutions, nonprofits, and Early Childhood Development spaces by providing the keys to sustaining passion in an organization. Michael's platform involves creating meaningful presentations that facilitate safe, constructive conversations that promote the development of trust within the organization. His belief is that a team is not a group of people that work together, it’s a group of people who trust each other.
