Michael “Quess?” Moore best known as Quess? is an award-winning poet, educator, multi-disciplinary artist and activist. A 2-time national poetry slam champion, he has shared his poetry around the world including at colleges such as Columbia, MIT, Berkeley College of Music, Tulane University, Florida A&M University, Malcolm X College and others. His work has been published in several publications, and been featured by Nike, Button Poetry, Write About Now Poetry, Spotify, Ford Foundation, Redbull and other platforms. His second book of poetry, Sleeper Cell was accompanied by a curriculum that has been welcomed by several esteemed schools and organizations. As a 2018 Hewlett 50 Arts Commissions recipient with PolicyLink, he co-produced the award-winning film, “Many Fires This Time: We the 100 Million.” He can be booked for performances, workshops, public speaking, and film screenings.
