Why APCA?

You are invited to come experience the APCA Family! We provide an engaging, welcoming environment, where Advisors and Students can safely and comfortably work together while having the time of your lives! In addition to our low delegate fees, your board can save money with the APCA full-time enrollment and cooperative buying discounts. 90% of all APCA showcasing acts are listed at a $2,500 isolated price or less! APCA offers security and a standard of safe conduct by which the Associate Members are bound.  Even though we’d love to have you as an active APCA member, any campus activities advisor or event buyer from a college, university or the military is eligible to attend our events as a non-member.

Live Showcases

At APCA conferences, you’ll experience Live Showcases (either in-person or live-streamed into our Virtual Community Workplace) by the best artists in the college market! Our roster of Showcasing Artists includes musicians, comedians, magicians, spoken word artists, novelty acts, campus speakers, leadership experts, and much more. You’ll have the opportunity to see these artists perform, network with them during the conference, and bring great talent back to your campus while saving your budget with our APCA Cooperative Buying Program!

Cooperative Buying blocks are set up as follows:

For In-person Events: Isolated – A single isolated date, 2 events in 3 days, 3 events in 5 days, 5 events in 7 days

For Virtual Events: Isolated – A single isolated date, and Additional Discounts are negotiable for multiple schools booking together.

Working together with neighboring schools is fun and easy with APCA Cooperative Buying! CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFO

Exhibit Halls

Associates are APCA member Agencies, Artists, Performers, Speakers, and Showcasing Attractions. All exhibiting Associates are bound by APCA ethics and sensitivity guidelines. During designated Exhibit Hall hours, you have the opportunity to visit the booths of your favorite performers. They can answer questions, explain rider and contract terms, and generally give you all the information you need to book an artist or vendor for your campus event. Exhibit Halls are the place to go for meet and greets, fun novelty activities, and tons of free artist swag!
